Process and pricing

PHASE 1:
YOUR VISION

  • Fill out the form with as much detail as possible, including colors, artist styles, mediums, etc. Provide examples and explain your concept thoroughly.
  • Await your consultation. Our creative concierge will reach out after receiving your information to discuss your vision and delve deeper into your original art concept.
  • If you believe we're a good fit for your vision, you'll receive a formal quote. Once the contract is signed, a 50% deposit is required.

PHASE 2:
CREATION

  • Our next phase involves creating an original digital master, giving you the first look at your artwork. If it's not perfect, don't worry—you'll receive two more revisions at no extra charge.
  • Once we have the artwork just the way you want it, we'll send you a release confirming it's good to go. We will then off the artwork ot the painters.
  • Note: The complexity of the artwork and the number of digital revisions can impact the time needed to complete the final hand-painted artwork.

PHASE 3:
DELIVERY

  • You will receive a final digital image of your artwork. Please review it within 14 days and proceed to pay the remaining 50% deposit to complete your order.
  • Once your order is complete, we will send you a final digital image of the actual painting for your last approval before shipping.
  • You will receive tracking information via email once the artwork is shipped. Shipping can take 3-7 business days.

Pricing for our services is influenced by various factors, and we assess each request individually. The final cost will be determined after your consultation, and a formal quote will be sent directly to you. Here are some of the key factors that impact pricing:

Orders over $150.00 receive free shipping.

Orders over $200.00 Receive a free virtual 3D render.

Please be aware that your purchase includes up to three revisions as part of the price for the finished artwork. Additional charges may apply if more than three revisions are required.
