Order Policy

PLACING ORDERS:

At our company, we take great pride in crafting exceptional fine artwork that is tailored to your unique preferences and requirements. To ensure a smooth and transparent ordering process, please review our order policy below:

1. Quote-Based System: Our pricing structure is based on a personalized quote system. When you request a custom artwork, we carefully consider the following factors to determine the cost:

  • Subject Matter
  • Style
  • Medium
  • Size
  • Level of Detail

2. Exclusive Custom Artwork: Every piece of art we create is exclusively customized to match your exact specifications. We do not engage in the reproduction of other artists' work. However, we are more than happy to draw inspiration from specific artistic styles to create a piece that aligns with your vision.

3. Quote Validity: Please note that the quotes we provide are valid for a period of 14 business days from the date of issuance. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision.

4. Convenient Quote Delivery: You will receive your personalized quotes directly through our secure system, ensuring a convenient and confidential transaction process.

ARTWORK DETAILS

5. Artistic Variations: The commissioned artwork will be hand-painted, and, as such, may exhibit slight natural variations in color, texture, and style due to the unique artistic methods and styles of our artists. Digital proofs provided are not exact replicas but are our best efforts to resemble the original artwork closely.

6. Commercial Use: The company does not have the right to commercially sell the artwork created for the Customer unless expressly granted permission by the Customer.

7. Design / Digital Proofs: All commissioned artwork is created digitally before the contract is executed (signed). Either party, whether the Company or the Customer, may exercise discretion at any point during the design development process to reject the final artwork and terminate the creative process. Charges for digital proofs will only apply after three revisions of the original artwork or in the event of a complete change in subject matter, style, or size. The Company retains ownership of any digitally created artwork until the contract is signed and officially executed.

PAYMENT TERMS

8. Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total agreed-upon commissioned price is required from the Customer upon approval of the digital proofs. The remaining 50% of the balance of the total commissioned price is due upon completion and sign-off of the digital artwork prior to shipment. Cancellation Notification: No refunds will be provided after the first revision of the digital proof.

9. Delivery Time: The delivery of the commissioned artwork can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks from the date of the deposit receipt. Time may be extended depending on the size and complexity of the artwork or revisions.

ARTWORK FRAMING - DELIVERY

10. Artwork Delivery: All commissioned artwork will be delivered to the customer and rolled in a tube for safe transport.

11. Framing Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to have the commissioned artwork framed to their preference.

12. We ship all painting via UPS or USPS orders over $250.00 receive free shipping, Orders under $250.00, shipping charges will be calculated based on the transport rate specific to your delivery location, determined by weight and your zip code

ARTWORK AMENDMENTS

13. Artwork Alterations: Once this Agreement is signed, the commissioned artwork cannot be changed or altered without the mutual agreement of both parties.

SHARING - PERMISSION - COPYRIGHT

14. Sharing Permission: The company will not share or display the commissioned artwork publicly without obtaining the expressed permission of the Customer.

15. Intellectual Property Protection: The Company will make reasonable efforts to protect the intellectual property rights of other companies, artists, and entities. However, it is the Customer's sole responsibility to ensure that there are no copyright infringement issues with the requested artwork.
